1. Parent Coaching and Consultation

Parenting can be both rewarding and challenging, especially when your child is struggling. My goal is to help parents better understand their child, make sense of what may be contributing to challenges and develop practical strategies that fit naturally into family life.

Together, we explore not only what is happening, but also why it may be happening, creating opportunities for greater understanding, connection and growth.

Common topics include :

  • Emotional regulation and meltdowns
  • Anxiety and school-related challenges
  • Friendships and social situations
  • Communication and self-advocacy
  • Understanding neurodiversity
  • Daily routines and independence
  • School meetings and service navigation
  • Goal planning and family support

2. Early Intervention for Young Children

Early intervention focuses on supporting young children through play, connection and meaningful everyday interactions.

Using a child-led and relationship-based approach, I help young children build communication, social engagement, play, learning and everyday life skills while supporting parents throughout the process.

As an Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Certified Therapist, I believe that children learn best when they feel connected, engaged and motivated.

Areas of support may include :

  • Communication and language development
  • Social engagement and connection
  • Play skills
  • Emotional regulation
  • Daily living skills (toileting, sleeping)
  • Learning through everyday routines
  • Parent coaching and family support
