About us
Marie Sleboda, M.Sc., BCBA
My Approach
My approach is neurodiversity affirming, collaborative and family centred.
When a child is struggling, there is always a reason, and meaningful support starts with curiosity and understanding. Rather than focusing only on behaviour, I take the time to understand the whole child, including their emotions, communication, sensory needs, environment, strengths and challenges.
I believe that connection is the foundation for growth. Children learn best when they feel safe, understood and supported, which is why building strong relationships is at the heart of my work. My goal is to build on each child’s strengths, help them better understand themselves and develop meaningful skills.
For me, parents are essential partners in the process, and the best outcomes come from working together. I support families with practical strategies that fit naturally into everyday life.

Beyond My Professional Role
In addition to my professional experience, I am also the parent of a neurodivergent child. This experience has given me a deeper appreciation for the unique journey many families are on and the importance of finding strategies that work in real life, not just in theory.
My goal is to create a supportive space where families feel heard, understood and empowered with practical tools that fit their everyday live.
